The property, obtained from a former farmhouse dated 1919 or possibly earlier – purchased in 1967 and completely renovated by a Florentine artist – just three miles from the center of Fiesole, consists of three blocks.

The first unit or main body of the property – consisting of 9 rooms, 4 bathrooms, three corridors and closets for a total of about 230 square meters, plus cellar, loggia and attic for a total of about 70 square meters – is surrounded by greenery in a very quiet spot. The big wine cellar and the adjacent laundry are completely free of moisture, as it is for the rest of the house. The kitchen, with a fireplace, French doors and window grill, overlooks the garden.
The hall, used as exhibition of the now deceased artist’s artwork, is the largest room of this house and at the moment only the son of the owner lives here.
The living room – overlooking a porch in the garden through a second entrance door and a window – has a large Tuscan fireplace and a bread oven. From the living room you enter a bedroom with a bathroom with a window overlooking the garden and a door leading outside which makes it independent from the rest of the house. There is another small bathroom, located between the living room and the dining room.
The first floor – which has two entrances, one from the living room with a staircase and another one from the court outside – has a large high room equipped with an attic, a room equipped with a small bathroom and a large double room with three windows overlooking the garden, with large bathroom, fitted wardrobes and two closets.
The second building, completely surrounded by greenery, has two large rooms with a glass door dividing them, kitchen, bathroom and a small storage room of 90 square meters approximately.

The third building (about 20 square meters), located at the end of the garden adjacent to a warehouse for tools, is an independent study that could be used as residence of one / two guests.
Vegetable garden and garden (2500 square meters approximately) with ornamental plants and fruit trees, aviary, woodshed and a second tool shed.
The parking space provides coverage on three sides for one / two cars, and another three / four cars can be parked in the open air.
The roofs of the three buildings are entirely restored and, where possible, the old tiles were preserved. The electrical system, except for the space of 20 square meters, has been restored as by law. The plaster and painting outside of the main building, were restored three years ago. The water comes from both the public aqueduct and a private well of drinking water.
